2. Purposes and legal bases
- Website navigation – technical log data (Art. 6 letter f – legitimate interest).
- Responses to contact form requests – personal data and message (Art. 6 letter b – pre-contractual measures).
- Newsletter / marketing communications (if activated) – e-mail (Art. 6 letter a – consent).
- Anonymous statistics via Google Analytics anonymized IP – (cookie guidelines 2022, equivalent to technical).
- Marketing profiling (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads) – exclusively with explicit prior consent (Art. 6 letter a).
3. Types of data processed
Personal data, contact data, messages sent via forms, IP address, cookies and online identifiers.
4. Data provision
The provision of data marked as mandatory in the forms is necessary to process the request; without it, it will not be possible to proceed.
5. Processing methods and retention
Data is processed using electronic and paper tools by authorized personnel. Technical logs → 6 months; contact requests → 24 months; marketing data → until consent revocation.
6. Recipients and extra-EU transfers
Data may be communicated to web/cloud service providers (e.g. Aruba hosting, Mailchimp EU newsletter). No systematic extra-EU transfers; where necessary, Standard Contractual Clauses apply.
7. Data subject rights
You can exercise at any time the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability, opposition, consent revocation, complaint to the Authority.
