ANCHOVY FILLETS

Highly prized and renowned for their intense, sweet, and refined flavor, Cantabrian anchovy fillets are presented in very large fillets, cleaned and processed by hand, one by one.
Their flesh is very thick, pulpy, and flavorful, thanks to the cold water in which they live. The low temperatures and good oxygenation allow the fish to develop a thicker layer of fat and grow larger, enhancing their flavor.

Without oil or other preservatives, they are layered one by one and then hermetically sealed in vacuum-sealed bags; they are thus ready and suitable for any use.
