It's the appetizer that best represents our rural philosophy: colorful and flavorful, perfect paired with cured meats and cheeses or served on toasted bread. It also lends itself to main courses of white fish or mixed meats.
Our Calabrese appetizer is a combination of Reggio Calabria peppers and hot chili peppers, green tomatoes, black and green olives, eggplant, sun-dried tomatoes and onions. With the addition of our aromatic herbs, it becomes a perfect blend of flavors and textures.
